As the GTM Strategy and Operations Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, optimize operational processes, and drive revenue growth. We are seeking a driven and analytical individual with a strong background in marketing, business operations, and project management.   1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the success of Adobe's go-to-market strategies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in GTM approach.
  3. Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and improve existing strategies.
  4. Optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of GTM initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  6. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  7. Lead and manage projects related to GTM strategy and operations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  8. Identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges in the GTM process, and develop solutions to overcome them.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve Adobe's GTM strategies.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on GTM initiatives and progress.
  11. Contribute to the development of new GTM strategies and initiatives, leveraging your expertise and insights.
  12. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  13. Represent Adobe's GTM team in meetings and presentations, showcasing the value and impact of our strategies.
  14. Uphold Adobe's values and culture, promoting creativity, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Go-To-Market Strategy And Operations, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adobe's Products And Services, As Well As The Competitive Landscape.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Gtm Strategies, Including Market Segmentation, Product Positioning, And Pricing Strategies.

  • Excellent Analytical, Communication, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Drive Alignment Across Different Teams.
