
Head of Sports Marketing Manager
This position is a combination of strategy, day to day partner management, understanding consumer insights, and creative planning to drive our brand’s growth objectives. Define the marketing strategy, customer journey, marketing mix, investment recommendations and marketing plan to achieve Adobe’s Brand Marketing goals and deliverables. Drive marketing innovation & creativity – this role requires a change mentality and ability to empower multiple teams, partners, and peers. Partner closely with internal teams (across the marketing, business, and sales organizations) and external agencies to develop and implement brand initiatives. Have a global approach and partner with our regions to deliver a global strategy and provide program support. Develop and maintain a measurement framework. Develop credibility and relationships with key internal partners and be seen as the go-to authority.
MBA Preferred
10-12 years of dynamic marketing career with hands on experience with sports marketing initiatives
Experience working with/at agencies (sports marketing, advertising, digital, brand) is a plus.
