Job Description

In this role, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in managing and growing our social media presence.   1. Develop and implement social media strategies to build and engage online communities for Adobe.
  2. Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  3. Monitor and respond to user comments and messages on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing and brand messaging.
  5. Analyze and report on social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and proactively make recommendations for new and innovative ways to engage with audiences.
  7. Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and events.
  8. Engage with influencers and brand advocates to foster positive relationships and increase brand awareness.
  9. Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings, responding to both positive and negative feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Assist in the creation and distribution of social media guidelines and policies for the organization.
  11. Support the development and maintenance of a strong online brand reputation for Adobe.
  12. Act as a liaison between the company and its online communities, providing timely and accurate information to users.
  13. Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports to management on social media performance and community engagement.
  15. Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity on social media to inform strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
