As the Manager, Enterprise Resilience, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and mature the program, which is dedicated to improving the continuity capability of the organization, ensuring continued compliance with business continuity certifications/standards and representing Adobe in continuity assurance activities with current and prospective Adobe enterprise customers. Build and drive the strategic vision for a mature enterprise resilience program across the company. Lead the expansion of Adobe’s business continuity planning strategies to meet the needs of emerging risks. Drive disaster recovery compliance across Adobe’s products, services and internal functions. Lead and develop a geo-dispersed team of professionals to build a culture of resilience across the organization.
