- Lead and direct a team of Renewals Sales Specialists to ensure successful renewal of contracts with enterprise customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive renewal sales and meet renewal targets.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and achieve their individual goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the renewal sales process.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to understand their needs and ensure a positive renewal experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Adobe's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Work closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure accurate and timely renewal forecasting and reporting.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the renewal process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, With A Focus On Customer Renewal And Retention.
Experience In Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals, Including Setting Goals, Training, And Performance Evaluation.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Strategies And Techniques, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Internal Teams, And Other Stakeholders.
