  1. Lead and direct a team of Renewals Sales Specialists to ensure successful renewal of contracts with enterprise customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive renewal sales and meet renewal targets.
  3. Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and achieve their individual goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
  5. Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the renewal sales process.
  6. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to understand their needs and ensure a positive renewal experience.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Adobe's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  8. Work closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure accurate and timely renewal forecasting and reporting.
  9. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the renewal process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, With A Focus On Customer Renewal And Retention.

  • Experience In Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals, Including Setting Goals, Training, And Performance Evaluation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Strategies And Techniques, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Internal Teams, And Other Stakeholders.
