• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning of access to systems and applications
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of user access, permissions, and changes in various systems and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather access requirements, create user accounts, and assign appropriate access levels
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues for users, providing exceptional customer service and timely resolution
• Stay up-to-date on new systems and applications and their access management processes, making recommendations for improvements or enhancements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for access management, including regular audits and reviews
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates and reports on access management activities
• Continuously monitor and analyze access-related data to identify potential security risks or areas for improvement
• Participate in the development and implementation of new access management tools and processes
• Train new employees and contractors on access management processes and systems, and provide ongoing support and assistance as needed.
