  1. Drive Renewal Sales: The primary responsibility of the Renewals Sales Specialist will be to drive the renewal of our existing customer base by effectively communicating the value of our products and services and convincing customers to renew their subscriptions.
  2. Achieve Sales Targets: The Renewals Sales Specialist will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively managing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess At Least 2-3 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In A B2B Environment. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Renewals Sales Specialist, The Candidate Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Both Verbally And In Writing. This Includes Being Able To Deliver Compelling Sales Pitches And Negotiate Contract Terms With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Adobe Products: A Deep Understanding Of Adobe's Products And Services Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Familiar With The Features And Benefits Of Adobe's Solutions And Be Able To Effectively Communicate This Information To Customers.
