  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Proactively identify new business opportunities and present them to clients.
  5. Conduct regular account reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Adobe solutions to clients.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  10. Provide timely and accurate reporting on account activities and revenue forecasts.
  11. Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  13. Mentor and train junior account managers to improve their performance.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Long-Term Customer Relationships.

  • Technical Knowledge: A Deep Understanding Of Adobe's Product Portfolio, Including Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, And Experience Cloud, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Articulate The Value And Benefits Of These Products To Clients And Identify Opportunities For Cross-Selling And Upselling.

  • Solution-Oriented Approach: As A Solution Account Manager, The Candidate Should Have A Consultative Mindset And Be Able To Understand The Unique Needs And Challenges Of Each Client. They Should Be Able To Develop Tailored Solutions That Address These Needs And Drive Business Value For The Client.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Be Able To Effectively Present Complex Information To Clients. They Should Also Be Able To Build Relationships And Influence Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of An Organization.
