Job Description

Are you an experienced and proactive customer success manager looking to join a leading technology company? Adobe is looking for a Sr. Solution Customer Success Manager for Data & Insights to make sure our customers are successful in using our data and insights solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a customer success strategy for our key customers, driving customer adoption and expansion, and proactively managing customer health.The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer success and experience in customer success management, data and insights, and/or customer relationship management. You will need to possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
