
UX Researcher
Define and drive both qualitative and quantitative user data gathering efforts to effectively inform planning, design, and development of Workfront products. Collaborating with product teams to define research goals and identify target users. Developing a research approach and detailed study plan. Creating research materials including screeners, guides, and scripts. Build and maintain a research roadmap and a regular cadence of gathering user data. Drive the process of defining a set of criteria to measure effectiveness, satisfaction, and engagement of and with Workfront products. Evolve the Workfront job stories over time. Set up practices for recruiting participants, attending usability sessions, and accessing usability research recommendations. Mentor other UX and Product team members around effective qualitative and quantitative research methods.
5+ years experience leading user research projects with demonstrated impact
Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods—including ethnographic field research
Exceptional behavioral data collection and analysis skills.
Passion for understanding what drives user behavior and a love for diving into complex user research problems.
