Business Excellence BPI Lead

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Excellence BPI Lead who will be a key player in helping us to continue to drive customer and business success. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and influencing the execution of process improvement projects for our clients. We need someone who is passionate about driving change and can bring a strong sense of ownership to the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, project management, and/or Six Sigma methodology, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is a creative problem solver and a team player who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
