Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Client Account Manager to join the team at ADP-Automatic Data Processing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving the success of our solutions. We are seeking a professional who is driven, organized, and personable with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role. You should have a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, as well as a strong understanding of the needs of our customers. You must be able to provide a high-level of customer service and be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must have experience in working with third-party vendors and building relationships with partners. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.If you are a motivated, customer-oriented individual who is eager to join a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and success with ADP-Automatic Data Processing solutions.
  2. Provide high-level customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  3. Develop and maintain knowledge of ADP-Automatic Data Processing products and services.
  4. Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Work with third-party vendors to build relationships and facilitate successful partnerships.
  6. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of organization.
  7. Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track client activity and progress.
  8. Provide technical and product support to customers.
  9. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  10. Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to improve customer experience.
