
Client Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Client Account Manager to join the team at ADP-Automatic Data Processing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving the success of our solutions. We are seeking a professional who is driven, organized, and personable with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role. You should have a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, as well as a strong understanding of the needs of our customers. You must be able to provide a high-level of customer service and be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must have experience in working with third-party vendors and building relationships with partners. Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and success with ADP-Automatic Data Processing solutions.
- Provide high-level customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of ADP-Automatic Data Processing products and services.
- Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Work with third-party vendors to build relationships and facilitate successful partnerships.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of organization.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track client activity and progress.
- Provide technical and product support to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to improve customer experience.
