Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for a Client Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, customer-centric, and motivated individual with a passion for providing value-added services to our clients.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role as well as a bachelor's degree in a related field. You will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with a team and independently.If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to grow your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, then this may be the right role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Provide value-added services to clients, including training and customer support
  3. Analyze customer data and develop strategies to improve customer experience
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  6. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement
  7. Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  8. Ensure customers are informed of any changes or new services offered by the company
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
