
Client Account Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Client Account Manager to join our team at Automatic Data Processing (ADP). The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication and customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Client Account Manager is responsible for managing the full cycle of client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and at least two years of experience within customer service or account management. Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential. This position requires the candidate to be highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties. The ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner and maintain confidentiality is essential.We are seeking an individual with a passionate, energetic personality who is able to effectively interact with customers and colleagues alike. Responsibilities for Client Account Manager:
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely manner.
- Monitor client feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty.
- Track and report on customer-related metrics.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy of customer data in the system.
- Create and maintain detailed client records.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Stay informed of new products, services, and other developments that could benefit customers.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration
