
Client Support Specialist
At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. This position is an integral part of our customer service department and requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about helping our clients and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service and a strong background in computing. They must also be detail-oriented, have a positive attitude, and possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and have the ability to think outside the box to solve customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Monitor customer accounts and update information as needed.
- Ensure customer complaints are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain customer records and database.
- Provide regular reports on customer service activities.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
