
Client Support Specialist
ADP-Automatic Data Processing is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is passionate about customer service and problem solving. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and will provide them with the best possible customer service experience. Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles • Knowledge of software and applications • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with clients • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment If you are an experienced Client Support Specialist and have a passion for providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and other communication channels • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions as needed • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries • Document customer interactions in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements as needed • Provide timely and accurate reports to management • Proactively seek out customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services • Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures • Stay up-to-date on new products and services offered by the company • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions to customer inquiries and issues
