
Client Support Specialist
At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a passion for excellent customer service and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as expertise in customer service and problem-solving. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of customer service experience are required. Additionally, experience working with ADP products and services will be a plus. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and helping to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
