Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a passion for excellent customer service and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as expertise in customer service and problem-solving. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of customer service experience are required. Additionally, experience working with ADP products and services will be a plus. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and helping to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and help ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Identify customer needs and offer solutions to resolve customer issues.
  4. Utilize ADP products and services to meet customer needs.
  5. Work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer service excellence.
  8. Train new staff on customer service best practices.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
