Director - Implementation

ADP is hiring a Implementation Director. In this position you will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the regional team. Develops metrics and performance standards for the implementation group and mid-market setup group. Sets and enforces standards for the group as it relates to the client survey scores. Responds to critical client survey results, by reviewing with managers and associates to correct potential issues. Maintains the published average survey score for the fiscal year. Manages the setup group to ensure good payroll relationships/communications and accurate and timely payroll setups. Communicates and works closely with sales, client services, payroll, benefits, 401(k), risk, outside partners, and division operation areas to ensure needs and expectations as it pertains to implementation set up and those areas are met. Collects and monitors monthly reports to ensure management of the group’s activities and highlights major milestones reached and/or obstacles encountered. Works with management to give input, make recommendations, and monitor expenses for the department budget.
