Dispute Specialist

The Dispute Analyst will be responsible for having a working knowledge of both the ACH Professional as well as the Dispute Analyst positions. Request documentation of transactions from other departments, merchants and other financial institutions to formulate appropriate decisions. Assure that regulatory and internal timeframes are met to avoid compliance violations, which include but are not limited to issuance of credit, reversal of fees and mailing appropriate notifications to customers, case closure timeframes.
