Job Description

ADP-Automatic Data Processing is seeking an experienced Government Compliance Analyst to join our team and help ensure we continue to meet all applicable governmental regulations. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized professional with a strong background in compliance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with other departments. The Government Compliance Analyst is responsible for understanding the full scope of applicable government regulations, staying up-to-date on changes, and ensuring that our company is in full compliance. This position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, the ability to identify and resolve potential compliance issues, and a commitment to excellence in all work performed. Qualifications for the Government Compliance Analyst role include: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a compliance-focused role • Demonstrated knowledge of government regulations • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you have the qualifications and experience necessary to excel in this role, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze changes to government regulations to ensure compliance.
  2. Develop and implement procedures and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  3. Prepare and submit regulatory filings as required.
  4. Respond to inquiries and requests from governmental agencies.
  5. Review contracts, policies, and other documents to ensure compliance.
  6. Identify and address potential compliance issues.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance in all areas.
  9. Develop and deliver compliance-related training to staff.
  10. Provide guidance on regulatory issues to other departments.
