Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Information System Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be a critical member of our team, responsible for managing and overseeing the Human Resources Information Systems.The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of HRIS principles and best practices, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights. They must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.If you are an experienced and organized professional with a passion for HRIS, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities of a Human Resources Information System Analyst:

  1. Analyze and interpret HRIS data to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  2. Design, implement, and maintain HRIS systems, processes, and procedures.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and monitor HRIS performance.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure HRIS processes are functioning optimally.
  5. Track and monitor user access rights and security protocols.
  6. Monitor HRIS system updates and upgrades.
  7. Resolve any HRIS issues or challenges.
  8. Provide training and support to users.
  9. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
