Job Description

ADP-Automatic Data Processing is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Manager of Software Compliance Licensing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have an aptitude for problem-solving. In this role, you will lead our Software Compliance Licensing team to ensure that our software is used in compliance with all applicable laws and our licensing terms.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience in software compliance and licensing. You must also have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with software licensing compliance, software product management, and software engineering is highly desired. An understanding of key software licensing models and software licensing compliance processes and procedures is also required.If you are an experienced and knowledgeable professional with a passion for software compliance and licensing, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage the Software Compliance Licensing team to ensure that software is used in compliance with applicable laws and licensing terms.
  2. Develop and implement procedures to track software licensing compliance, including license renewals and audits.
  3. Monitor software usage and provide technical guidance and assistance to internal and external customers.
  4. Monitor changes in software licensing compliance regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  5. Provide guidance on software licensing and compliance issues, including product management, software engineering, and software licensing models.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with software vendors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  7. Stay up-to-date on software licensing and compliance trends, technologies, and best practices.
  8. Manage software compliance projects, including planning, implementation, and tracking of progress.
  9. Prepare and present reports on software licensing compliance and performance.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to optimize software licensing processes and resources.
