- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the mid-market sector to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting ADP's products and services to potential clients.
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts with mid-sized businesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to effectively position ADP's offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously strive to improve sales performance by seeking out new training and development opportunities, and implementing best practices in sales techniques.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Mid-Market Or Hr Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Negotiation Skills.
Experience Working With Crm Software And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
