The successful candidate will be an essential partner in the delivery of key initiatives that drive the success of the organization.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field as well as a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in coding, software engineering, or analytics. The successful candidate should also have a solid understanding of computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies. The Tech Analyst must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements and develop solutions to meet the needs of the organization • Create and maintain coding, software engineering, or analytics designs and architectures • Develop and modify applications and software using programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python • Design, debug, and troubleshoot system applications • Monitor system performance and identify areas of improvement • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure successful delivery of projects • Provide technical assistance for end users • Create and document detailed system specifications and design documents • Participate in requirements gathering and analysis • Remain current with technology trends and industry developments
