- Oversee and lead a team of professionals in implementing 401k plans for upmarket clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of 401k regulations and ensure compliance in all implementations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members on complex 401k plan design and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and account management, to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation processes.
- Monitor and track progress of 401k plan implementations, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that arise.
- Train and coach team members on best practices for delivering exceptional service to clients.
