
HR Generalist
At Advanced Technology Services, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a full range of HR services including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, organized, and passionate about developing and maintaining a positive work environment.The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in human resources or related field and at least three years of experience in an HR role. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A working knowledge of applicable employment and labor laws is required, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. If you have a strong understanding of employee relations and the ability to develop and implement effective policies, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Facilitate and manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to termination.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues.
- Lead and manage employee performance management, discipline and grievance processes.
- Monitor and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient execution of organizational initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Remain up to date on HR trends, best practices, and labor laws.
