Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Dialysis Technician In A Hospital Or Outpatient Setting.
Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Dialysis Equipment, Including Hemodialysis And Peritoneal Dialysis Machines.
Knowledge Of Proper Infection Control And Safety Protocols In A Dialysis Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients.
