12. Travel to patient homes to provide care, including driving to different locations within the designated service area.
13. Work independently and manage time effectively to meet patient needs and complete required tasks.
14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.
15. Represent AdventHealth and the Home Health team in a professional and positive manner.
