1. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.

4. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and progress notes.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care.

7. Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising occupational therapist.
