- Educate patients on their healthcare benefits and potential financial obligations.
- Work closely with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient claims.
- Advocate for patients by identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies in their coverage.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients and their families during the healthcare process.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare insurance and billing processes and stay updated on any changes or updates.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement strategies for improving the patient experience.

- Stay knowledgeable about AdventHealth policies and procedures related to patient benefits and financial assistance.

- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Or Insurance Industry
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Billing Processes
