1. Collect blood samples from patients using appropriate techniques and equipment in a timely manner.
2. Ensure proper patient identification and labeling of samples.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to infection control standards.
4. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients to ease any anxieties and answer any questions they may have.
5. Follow established protocols and procedures for specimen collection, handling, and transportation.
6. Verify and record patient information and test results accurately.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care and sample collection.
