
Practice Administrator (Outpatient)

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outpatient clinics within AdventHealth.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the clinics.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage clinic budgets and ensure financial goals are met.
- Hire, train, and manage clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all clinic employees.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and community organizations.
- Collaborate with other departments within AdventHealth to ensure coordination and alignment of services.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of company-wide goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between the clinics and upper management, providing regular updates and reports on clinic performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information.
- Uphold the values and mission of AdventHealth in all interactions and decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In An Outpatient Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Financial Management And Budgeting In A Healthcare Setting.
