Responsible for the daily workflow within the department which may include onboarding Business/Commercial loans, review or regulatory compliance of loan documentation. Perform high volume, time sensitive duties related to the loan documentation which includes researching and problem solving to minimize documentation risk to ensure departmental service levels are met. Work with branch personnel, both verbally and in writing, in problem solving and question resolution in order to minimize risk to the Bank and ensure customer satisfaction in the loan closing process. Remain current with changing departmental procedures, Bank policies, federal, state and other governmental rules and regulations for multiple banks in multiple states.
