Research and determine reasons why the responsible pay party is not recognized in the database. Research data for opportunities to increase billing, rating, and invoicing accuracy. Determine root cause issues and perform proactive measures to eliminate. Make corrections on freight bills to accurately reflect the bill of lading. Add/update entries to the corporate database to ensure accurate billing, rating, invoicing, and revenue reporting. Work as a team member to ensure that all team goals are met.
