- Utilize clinical expertise to assess the healthcare needs of our members and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop innovative solutions for improving health outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement program strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations to inform program development and implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate program updates and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Utilize data and metrics to measure program success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Conduct trainings and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on program initiatives.
- Represent Aetna at industry conferences and events to showcase our programs and initiatives.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities for program development and growth.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Program Management Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders.
