  1. Develop and implement clinical programs that align with Aetna's mission and goals.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise to assess the healthcare needs of our members and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop innovative solutions for improving health outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement program strategies.
  5. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members.
  7. Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations to inform program development and implementation.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Communicate program updates and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
  10. Utilize data and metrics to measure program success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  11. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  12. Conduct trainings and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on program initiatives.
  13. Represent Aetna at industry conferences and events to showcase our programs and initiatives.
  14. Continuously seek out new opportunities for program development and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Program Management Role.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
