1. Provide confidential counseling and support to employees and their families through the Employee Assistance Program.
2. Assess and address the mental health and wellness needs of employees and their families.

5. Collaborate with other professionals and resources to ensure comprehensive care for employees.

10. Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve the Employee Assistance Program.
