- Provide confidential counseling and support to employees and their families through the Employee Assistance Program.
- Assess and address the mental health and wellness needs of employees and their families.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans for employees and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of counseling sessions and progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals and resources to ensure comprehensive care for employees.
- Stay up-to-date on current mental health practices and trends to provide the best care possible.
- Serve as a compassionate and supportive resource for employees during times of crisis or personal struggles.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with employees.
- Communicate effectively with employees, their families, and other stakeholders to provide information and resources related to mental health and wellness.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve the Employee Assistance Program.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve counseling services to ensure the well-being of employees and the success of the company.
Master's Degree In Counseling, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Counseling Or Mental Health Services.
Certification Or Licensure As A Counselor Or Therapist (E.g. Lpc, Lmft, Lcsw).
Knowledge And Understanding Of Employee Assistance Programs And Their Role In Supporting Employees' Mental Health And Well-Being.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish Rapport And Provide Effective Counseling To A Diverse Population Of Employees.
