- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and basic diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Stay current with advancements and changes in healthcare practices and technology.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and interactions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure appropriate utilization of services and cost-effective care.

Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution
Active And Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Practice
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Primary Care Setting
Certification As A Family Nurse Practitioner Or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Strong Clinical Assessment And Decision-Making Skills, As Well As Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Abilities.
