In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing producer incentive programs, analyzing business data, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.   1. Develop and implement producer incentive programs to drive business growth and improve member satisfaction.
  2. Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in producer performance and incentive strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective producer incentive programs that align with overall business goals.
  4. Monitor and track the effectiveness of existing producer incentive programs and make recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.
  5. Utilize strong data analysis skills to provide valuable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and decision makers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in producer incentives to ensure Aetna remains competitive in the market.
  7. Partner with sales teams to understand their needs and requirements for producer incentives and provide strategic guidance and support.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as brokers and agents, to support the success of producer incentive programs.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews of producer incentive programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  10. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in producer incentive program management.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for other team members on producer incentives and data analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Producer Incentives And Experience In Developing And Managing Incentive Programs.

  • Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, Or Sas.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
