7. Advise management and HR staff on employee relations matters.
8. Research and analyze employee relations trends in order to make recommendations for improvement.
9. Investigate and resolve employee issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to employee relations.
