
Community Support Supervisor
Develops direction for service with clear philosophy and expectations toward personal future planning and community inclusion; develops activities to implement this philosophy. Fosters independence, productivity and community inclusion of the individuals served while protecting their health, safety, well-being and civil rights. Assists in hiring and training process for Community Support Professionals; supervises staff on an ongoing basis either individually or in small groups. Functions as liaison between Service Coordination Services and Day Habilitation service. Facilitates and supports the development and maintenance of individual support networks through outreach to family members, community members, and professionals.
2 years experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
