HR Generalist

Liaise proactively with US-AL Houston HRIS counterparts to maximize simplification and integration during system upgrades, roll-outs and changes. Promote employee use of US-AL Hub HR self-service resources; direct employees to the appropriate subject matter expert. Bring developing issues to the attention of the IDD HR Team; suggest resolutions to issues and/or improvements to processes and systems. Participate actively in safety and process improvement initiatives. Coordinate the administrative aspects of HR reporting and record keeping, talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, salary administration and benefits support. Assist in data reporting/collection and analysis for current and future reporting tools Develop standardized metrics and reporting packages for use by senior management. Prepare Google Slides presentations, reports, dashboards, and decision support packages for senior management. Perform audits of data in various systems, leveraging subject matter experts. Champion continuous improvement in HR data and reporting.
