Senior Design Operations Program Manager

At Airbnb, we are looking for an experienced Senior Design Operations Program Manager to join our Design Team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of the Airbnb Design Team and the products we create. As the Senior Design Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the operational excellence of the Design Team. You will define, measure, and optimize the performance of Design processes and teams, while proactively identifying and solving for areas of inefficiency and improvement. You will be a key partner to the Design Leadership Team, and will collaborate with design, product and engineering partners to ensure that the Design Team executes effectively and efficiently.We are looking for a strategic, self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills, proven ability to drive impact, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate has:- 5+ years of program management experience in a fast-paced, complex environment- A proven track record of driving operational excellence and scaling processes- Deep understanding of the design process and the ability to proactively identify areas of improvement- Exceptional collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, product and engineering- A passion for innovation and creating great experiences for people
