Associate Cloud Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform; and experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, highly organized, and has a desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies. 3. Develop automated scripts using scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
4. Provide customer service and technical support to end-users.
5. Analyze and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.
7. Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting methods.
8. Collaborate with other engineers to share knowledge and best practices.
9. Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings.
10. Proactively identify issues and provide solutions.
