
Aircraft Mechanic
At Alaska Airlines, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. The Aircraft Mechanic will be responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance and repair of all Alaska Airlines aircraft. This position requires excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of aircraft systems and components, is highly organized, and is willing to work in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of experience in aircraft maintenance. A valid aircraft mechanic’s certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is required. Previous experience working on Alaska Airlines aircraft is preferred. The Aircraft Mechanic must be able to read and interpret aircraft drawings and schematics, as well as have good communication and interpersonal skills.We are excited to welcome a motivated and experienced Aircraft Mechanic to our team and look forward to seeing the contributions they will make to Alaska Airlines.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Alaska Airlines aircraft are serviced and repaired in a safe and efficient manner.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of aircraft systems and components.
- Remain highly organized and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Read and interpret aircraft drawings and schematics.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a valid aircraft mechanic’s certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
- Have at least five years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working on Alaska Airlines aircraft is preferred.
