Job Description

Alaska Airlines is seeking an experienced, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual who is excited to take on the challenge of providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with reservations, ticketing, and other customer service needs.The ideal candidate should have a customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you should have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, and other customer service needs.
  3. Ensure customers are happy and satisfied with the provided services.
  4. Ensure accuracy of customer data and records.
  5. Assist customers with check-in procedures.
  6. Answer phone calls and emails promptly.
  7. Maintain customer service standards.
  8. Provide customer feedback to the management team.
  9. Stay up-to-date with changes in airline policies and procedures.
  10. Assist with other customer service-related tasks and duties as needed.
