We are seeking friendly, professional, and dedicated individuals to join our team and help ensure every customer has an enjoyable and safe travel experience.The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Agent position will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently answer questions and effectively resolve customer service issues. They should also have a strong customer service ethic, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is able to stay calm and composed in any situation and provide a friendly and positive attitude at all times.If you have the qualifications we’re looking for and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Resolve customer service issues in a positive and efficient manner.
  4. Provide customers with accurate information on flight schedules, baggage requirements, and airport policies.
  5. Assist customers with ticket purchases and changes.
  6. Process payments for tickets, fees, and other charges.
  7. Monitor customer queues and ensure a smooth customer flow.
  8. Assist with the loading and unloading of passengers and their luggage.
  9. Ensure that the customer service area is kept neat and tidy.
  10. Follow all company policies and procedures.
