Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve customer service issues in a positive and efficient manner.
- Provide customers with accurate information on flight schedules, baggage requirements, and airport policies.
- Assist customers with ticket purchases and changes.
- Process payments for tickets, fees, and other charges.
- Monitor customer queues and ensure a smooth customer flow.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of passengers and their luggage.
- Ensure that the customer service area is kept neat and tidy.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
