Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers onboard and provide assistance to ensure a comfortable and safe flight experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to all passengers.
- Follow safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Communicate with passengers regarding any changes in flight plans and announcements.
- Monitor passengers for any signs of distress or discomfort.
- Assist passengers with any special needs or requests.
- Assist passengers with stowing and retrieving personal items.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide general information about the flight.
- Ensure the cabin is clean and orderly throughout the flight.
- Report any maintenance issues to the captain and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain a valid CPR/AED certification.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
