HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures.
2. Provide guidance and support to employees on all HR matters.
3. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
5. Maintain employee records and manage payroll and benefits administration.
6. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
7. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and performance management issues.
8. Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
9. Develop and deliver HR training and development programs.
10. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
