HR Generalist

Alaska Airlines is looking for an experienced and driven HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. Responsibilities:

1. Provide HR support to Alaska Airlines personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
3. Develop and implement HR initiatives to support the company's mission and culture.
4. Manage the recruitment process for all positions.
5. Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
7. Create and maintain employee records and reports.
8. Foster positive relationships with employees at all levels of the company.
9. Provide comprehensive customer service and support.
10. Utilize HRIS systems to manage personnel data.
11. Assist with training and development initiatives.
12. Identify areas for improvement in the HR process.
13. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
