Job Description

Alaska Airlines is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Inflight Services Coordinator to join our team and help our passengers have the best experience possible during their travels. This person should be highly organized and have excellent customer service skills. The Inflight Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day services provided to passengers onboard our aircraft.The ideal candidate will possess a warm and friendly personality, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, as well as experience with airline or hospitality industry operations. A knowledge of federal and state laws related to in-flight services and safety regulations is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist passengers with any queries or requests during their travels.
  2. Monitor and coordinate day-to-day services provided to passengers onboard aircrafts.
  3. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws related to in-flight services and safety regulations.
  4. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor with passengers and handle any customer service issues promptly and professionally.
  5. Monitor and address any issues with the in-flight services staff and ensure that all services are provided according to requirements.
  6. Document and report any customer complaints or incidents.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all in-flight services and submit reports to management as necessary.
  8. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws, regulations, and airline policies.
  9. Assist with training new in-flight services staff and ensuring they adhere to established policies and procedures.
